At Vain, every product is made to order. We operate with intention, precision, and care. Because of this production model, our return policy is structured accordingly.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, you must notify us within 30 days of receiving the product.
If a package is lost in transit, claims must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
If the issue is determined to be an error on our part, we will replace the item at no additional cost.
To initiate a claim, please contact us with:
• Your order number
• A clear description of the issue
• Photographic evidence

Wrong Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If an incorrect or insufficient address is provided and the shipment is returned, you will be responsible for any reshipment costs once the address has been corrected.

Unclaimed Shipments
If a shipment goes unclaimed and is returned, reshipment costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
Unclaimed items may be donated or disposed of after 30 days if no action is taken.

Returns & Exchanges
Because our products are made to order, we do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse or incorrect size selection.
We recommend reviewing sizing charts carefully before purchase.
Size exchanges or discretionary returns may be offered on a case-by-case basis. If approved, the cost of producing and shipping a replacement item will be the responsibility of the customer.

Non-Returnable Items
For health and hygiene reasons, certain sealed goods (including but not limited to face coverings) are not eligible for return once opened.

EU Consumer Notice
In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal may not apply to:
• Goods made to customer specifications or personalized items
• Sealed goods unsealed after delivery and unsuitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons
Vain reserves the right to refuse returns that fall within these categories.

Brazil Customers
Customers residing in Brazil who wish to withdraw from a purchase must contact us within 7 consecutive days of receiving the item and provide a photo of the product.
Refund eligibility will be evaluated based on the condition of the item. Used or damaged products are not eligible for refund.
